This is what our kitchen looked like one afternoon last week after a marathon cooking session of spicy chickpea and tomato soup, several batches of zucchini bread, prepping some tomatoes, and freezing black beans in one cup batches for lunches. I cooked enough for several either whole meals or parts of meals. I realized that what has become a typical Sunday afternoon for me is either boring, daunting or difficult for many.
